The students had to swim in relays according to their age groups. There was Freestyle, Backstroke, Mixed Medley and Freestyle 8's.
We made the finals for every event that we entered.
The 10 year old girls and the mixed 8 year old teams won their backstroke finals.
The 9 year old girls came 2nd in their backstroke final, 8 year olds mixed freestyle relay came 2nd in the final, the 10 year olds came 2nd in the mixed medley final and the mixed freestyle 8's.
The 9 year old girls came 3rd in the freestyle final, the 9 year olds and under came 3rd in the mixed medley and freestyle 8's relay.
The team did a very good job on the day representing our school with pride and dignity. Overall our school came 3rd out of the 9 schools.
Aryan, Aaron, Annabelle and Lawrence were part of the swim team for 2016 from Room 15.

ReplyDeleteWell done swim team but next time I'm sure I'm going to be in the swim team next year. I can see in the photo that their tired after swimming more then 25m. Also well done for becoming 3rd place. I know next year we will become 2nd or 1st place. Keep up the great work! ^ - ^
