Easter Liturgy

This week Room 15 has been learning all about Holy Week and the journey that Jesus took in his last week on Earth.
We have all experienced a variety of emotions and talked about how Jesus, Mary and Judas would be feeling at different times throughout the week.
We are extremely fortunate to be able to watch some of our students from the senior syndicate take part in retelling the Easter Story. This year it was called Mary's Story. Francis from our class had the honor of playing Jesus. Alicia from Room 11 was Mary. These two students really bought the story to life and portrayed the true emotion that these people would be feeling at different times throughout the journey.

Check out the pictures below of Mary's Story.

And when He had taken some bread and given thanks, He broke it and gave it to them, saying, "This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me."

And in the same way He took the cup after they had eaten, saying, "This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant in My blood.
